Tianshi Capital is a China-based but Cayman registered privately funded angel investment fund. Typically we are interested in investments that meet the following criteria: (1) China based or have a significant China nexus (for examples, (a) product will be manufactured in China or (b) will China as a principal market); (2) under $500,000 of funding needed from us; (3) must have at least one other angel investor and some investment from founders; and (4) must be able to come to market with products in under 2 years (we do not invest in drug development).
